THE ULTIMATE VIEW is perfect for multi-families as it has separate upstairs and downstairs living areas as follows:

(FIRST LEVEL) The first level has two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms.  The private master suite has a king size bed with separate stand up shower and claw foot tub.  The additional bedroom on this level has a double size bed with a detached bathroom containing a stand up shower.

Beautiful hardwood floors are on this first level except in the front bedroom which has carpet.

The large kitchen on this first level has a gas cook-top (4 burners), oven, microwave, large refrigerator (with freezer), and, automatic dishwasher.  The counter tops are granite, and there is an island and large separate pantry.

This first level has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

(SECOND LEVEL) The second level has three separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms.  The private master suite has a king size bed with separate stand up shower and claw foot tub.  The additional bedrooms on this level have double size beds with a shared detached bathroom containing a tub/shower combination.

Beautiful hard wood floors are on this level while carpet is in the two additional bedrooms (master suite has hardwood floors as on the first level).

This second level also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

While not counted as one of the five bedrooms, there is also an UPSTAIRS LOFT that can be used for ADDITIONAl SLEEPING for kids or adults if needed.  With floor cushions already in place, there is comfort and privacy in place for your enjoyment!

A short twenty minute drive from Harbor Island, the city of Beaufort awaits you with an abundance of history, art, culture, and, natural beauty.  It is the second oldest city in South Carolina, with more homes on the National Historic Register than any town its size.  Carriage and walking tours are available within the downtown area providing you with the background history of the "Spanish moss" neighborhoods where homes date back to the 1700s.  The downtown area provides you with a shopping district where antique stores, galleries, and boutique shops abound along with casual eateries, cozy bistros, and, world class restaurants.

Harbor Island has the advantage of being right around the corner from Hunting Island State Park.  It has the distinction of having the only lighthouse in the state of South Carolina where you can actually walk to the very top to look out for miles and miles in all directions - talk about your Ultimate View!

For those interested in checking out Charleston, Savannah, and, Hilton Head, all three make for an easy day trip from Harbor Island.

If hitting the links is in your plans, take comfort in knowing that courses are right down the road.  Are you a boat enthusiast, park it at THE ULTIMATE VIEW before you take it out to several "put in" spots close to Harbor Island.  These same areas are also perfect for bringing out your rod and reel and casting net to try your luck!  If crabbing suits your fancy, throw your supplies in the golf cart and head out to the deck on Harbor Island made just for that purpose.  Once there, tie off your cage and head to the beach where you will see shrimp boats out in the water with "nets extended" looking to put food on the table later in the day at many local restaurants.  While at the beach, why not try your hand at surf cast fishing.  Once you have reeled in the big one, put it on ice and stroll the beach with bucket in hand picking up sea shells.  Back in the golf cart, you can drop by the Beach and Racquet Club for some ice cream.  With cone in hand, you may decide to tour the complete island in the cart and enjoy the vast expanse of marsh views where you will see many, if not all, birds that are readily identified with the South Carolina Low Country.

- Rates include departure cleaning.

- A 30% deposit with a signed contract is required for reservation.

- The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

- Summer weekly rentals include two free car passes for gate access.  Additional car passes needed will be charged the following amount:

***** $50.00 overnight stay between 4-7 nights

***** inquire about car pass rates needed for more than 7 nights

- The Summer is weekly rental only (exception for Early/Late Summer).

- Spring, Fall, and Winter periods require a two-night min. stay.

- For stays less than one week  the daily rate = weekly rate divided by five.
