Adorable beach themed apartment across the street from the beach at Lobster Cove (the south end of Long Sands beach). The apartment is ground level, attached to our home, private access, covered deck with deck furniture, backyard with grill and picnick table.

We accept weekly or nightly renters (2 night minimum)
2013 Season rates:
- July and August thru Labor Day weekend - $260/night ($1560/6 night week).7th night is free.
2013 Off season rates:
- June and September - $235/night ($1410/6 night week) 7th night is free.
- May and October - $210/night ($1260/6 night week) 7th night is free.
Booking deposit - One half of the total stay is due at time of booking and is not refundable.
A cleaning fee of $50 is due upon final payment 14 days before your stay.
