Nashvilla beachfront home in Chuburna Yucatan in Chuburna

Nashvilla is a beautiful 3 bedroom non-smoking home right on the sandy beach in Chuburna. There is a large covered terrace on the beachside for you to relax and watch the waves, cruise ships and dolphins.  Hot water, fully furnished, two queen size beds and a full bed and bunk bed with a trundle bed. The huge back yard is fully fenced.  We will allow pets, depending on the type, size, and quantity.

*Our caretaker is Marlene.  She speaks fluent English and is eager to help and can be reached 24/7 on her cell phone.

Enjoy a relaxed lifestyle on the beach. Watch the dolpins swim by or collect conch seashells from the ocean. Enjoy the coconuts from the cononut trees right on the property.  You are only a 35 minute drive from Merida which comes to life every Saturday night with singing and dancing in the downtown streets until 4 am. Visit Mayan ruins all over the area, including Chitzen Itza, recently designated as one of the seven wonders of this world. Visit the Cenatoes and enjoy bathing in the crystal clear water.  Some are even in caves.  Visit Chixulub the site of the giant meteor that hit our earth and ended the dinosaur dynasty.

Merida, a beautiful old colonial city with a poplulation nearing one million, is a wonderful source of culture, history and shopping. Major department stores including Walmart, Costco, Staples, Sears in addition to McDonald's and Starbuck's are in Merdia.

Experience the boardwalk of Progreso lined with fine resturants and stores which is only a 10 minute drive away. You will find a modern grocery store, banks, hospital, pharmacies, post office, a typical open market, lots of resturants and handicrafts. 

A Jack Nicklaus resort golf course and a water-park are only 20 minutes away toward Merida.  The largest flock of flamingos in North America and their nesting grounds are nearby for you to see.  There are many day-trip destinations from this property.

$400 per week August through November, $900 month

$450 per week January through March, $1,200 month

$500 per week May through July, $1,250 month

$650 per week December and April, $1,600 month

75 percent of the fee is required to reserve, the rest to be paid to our caretaker upon picking up the keys. Payment can be made by money order, bank transfer of funds, or Paypal (additional 4% service charge for Paypal).

Price includes cleaning before and after, as well as laundering of the provided linens upon departure.
