Fifty percent of rental fee is required with signed agreement. Refundable Security deposit of $300 for one week and less, $500 for two weeks or $1000 for one month is due 30 days prior to arrival. Remaining balance and $100 cleaning fee is also due 30 days prior to arrival.

PAYMENT METHODS - Accepted forms of payment are Cashiers Checks,
Money Orders, International Money Orders (payable in USA Dollars).
For your convenience, personal checks also accepted and must have 14
days to clear.
