This is a NON-Smoking Resort, and Pets are STRICTLY Prohibited.

Rates include Departure Cleaning & the usage of Linens & Towels. There is NO daily Housekeeping. Daily House Keeping is optional at 40.00 / Day or for each service

Add 85.00 Housekeeping to Rate for 3 Day rentals or less.

Cancellation Policy :

1. NO Refunds for Cancelation 32 days or less prior to Arrival Date.

2. Half Refund will be issued for cancelation no less than 35 days prior to Arrival Date

3. Canceled Reservation from the Date of booking the Reservation up to 13 days will be charged 150.00 Processing Fees. plus Credit Card Transaction Fees of 3.5% of the total amount paid
