Bay & Beach Guest House - Beautiful Waterfront in Indian Rocks Beach

Your vacation guest house is located on a private cul-de-sac facing
the intracoastal waterway. Brick paths lead you past the fountain to
our tropical gardens with palms, mango, papaya, tangerine, key lime
&
fig trees. Our rose and herb gardens attract both birds and
butterflies. A short walk takes you to the beautiful beaches of the
Gulf of Mexico.

Indian Rocks Beach was recently featured in the Boston Globe
and "discovered" for being one of the few remaining quaint beach
towns. No high-rises are allowed and we are conveniently located
minutes from Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg, about 40 minutes
from Tampa Airport, Busch Gardens, Tropicana Field (Devil Rays),
Raymond James Stadium (Buccanneers), and many other area
attractions. It's approximately an hour from Sarasota and the
Ringling Museum and an hour and a half to the Kissimmee/Orlando area.

In your Guest House we have tried to anticipate your every need -
large bedroom with a kingsize bed, laundry room/office, dining room,
new gourmet kitchen with granite counters includes, dishwasher,
stove, microwave, toasteroven, coffee maker & garbage disposal. A
convenient counter with bar stools helps with serving meals and
keeping the cook company! There is a TV/dvd in the bedroom and also
in the living room, with a stereo and vcr. All rooms have ceiling
fans. The view outside is spectacular and you can do your outdoor
cooking on your own grill and sit a the table under the umbrella and
enjoy your little piece of paradise! Two bicycles are available to
explore the island.

Jim is a charter captain with our boat right at the Guest House and
will take you fishing, shelling or just seeing the sights of the
area. We are fortunate to have many golf courses and good
restaurants
(some within walking distance). You can catch the beach trolly
which
runs up and down the beach. Indian Rocks has its own Historical
Museum (the Guest House is pictured there)and there are more museums
in St. Petersburg. We have a number of shopping areas within a
short
drive.

But of course one of the main attractions is the beautiful beach
which beckons at sunset or anyother time that suits you. You can
also fish right out your back door or see if we have any crabs in
our
traps.

Sept. - Dec. $550/week

Please add 12% tax and cleaning fee of $35.
Holiday Weeks out of season are higher.
Deposit of $250 per week. Final payment due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
