St. James City on Pine Island provides a glimpse back in time to how Florida used to be.  It offers a slower paced lifestyle with friendly people, great fishing, bike paths, cute restaurants, artsy areas and no traffic jams.  Tube, ski, fish or just relax in Pine Island Sound which you can see from your living room.  Or lay by the resort-style pool with waterfall and hot tub.  The whole unit is light, bright and comfortable.

I have a second unit available that's directly on the canal and has an elevator for $3000/month seasonally, so if this unit isn't available for the time period you want or you need an elevator, please contact me via email or phone.

There's a beach at the Bokeelia end of the island or jump on your boat or the Pineland ferry to explore Sanibel, Captiva, North Captiva, Cayo Costa and Ft. Myers Beach plus unique dining experiences such as Cabbage Key. 

One month minimum per HOA.  $1750 rate for May through November.  $2500 rate for December through April.  Rates are inclusive of 6% sales tax, 5% tourism tax, electric up to $125/month and basic cable.  No pets or smoking allowed.
