Tube, ski, fish or just relax in Pine Island Sound which you can see from your living room. Or lay by the resort-style pool with waterfall and hot tub. This light, bright, comfortable home is directly on the water, has an elevator and deeded dock space for your boat.

One month minimum per HOA. $1750 rate for May through November. $2500 rate for December. $3000 from January through April. Rates are inclusive of 6% sales tax, 5% tourism tax, electric up to $125/month, basic cable, local phone and internet. No pets or smoking allowed.
