Short walk to beach and less than  five minute drive to international airport.Very safe condominium with 24 hr security. Recently restored lobby and elevatrors.  Pool area, BBQ area, coin laundry. 

Apartment has full kitchen equipped with microwave, full size refrigerator, range/oven, coffee maker, double sink and bar with stools. One bathrooom, one bedroom with queen size bed, night stand, and closet. Living room has a futton that may be used as full size bed as well, tv and dvd. Two (2) air conditioning units, hot water, plenty closet space and beach view balcony.

Great place to stay in P.R!!!

The apartment looks exactly like it is pictured just with a couple of decor changes (which makes the place look even better). Marianela was helpful/quick to respond to any questions.Eateries and shops are within walking distance and the apartment is centrally located to everything (Old San Juan, Condado,and Isla Grande airport). There were beach chairs and a cooler in the apartment which was thoughtful and very useful. Puerto Rico is an awesome island to visit because there is so much to see and do. We took a private plane to Culebra from Isla Grande airport which was very convenient because the airport was less than 7 minutes from the apartment and took 30 mins to arrive to Culebra. In all, this is an awesome place to stay in to relax and unwind. The view from the balcony is breath taking. Beach access is within walking distance. The adventures are priceless so relax you are in paradise!!!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

I was absolutely impressed with this apartment. The property was clean, well-maintained and the view from the balcony was great. The neighbors are super friendly. Supermarkets, restaurants, and beach are all within walking distance.

Marianela was fabulous and was very communicative. Thank you so much for letting me rent your apartment. I highly recommend renting this property. I plan to return in the near future.

Amazing, very happy

I was really surprised when I walked in and saw how nice the place was. It was so very clean. It felt like home. It was close to everything. Supermarket, beach, and restaurants. Nice view. Marianela was very attentive as far as any questions or concerns. The most important thing is how affordable it was. I would definitely, definietlybrecommend renting from Marianela. Thank you for your hospitality.
