The upstairs bedrooms (One Full Size Bed and One Queen Size) have
sliding patio doors which open up to the large upper deck.
The bath has a combination tub/shower.
The Back bedroom downstairs has a Queen size bed.
The Front Bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size lower bed and twin
size upper.
The Downstairs bath has original 1900's clawfoot bathtub. Also
located downstairs is the kitchen,laundry area(washer & dryer),
dining room and living room.
Enjoy both Day and Night Views of the bay and ocean from the Large
Upper Deck. Deck furnished with Charcoal BBQ, Table for 6 and
plenty of chairs for relaxing!
Small Rear Yard has Table for 4 and is cool and shady in the heat of
the day.
Enjoy people watching from the front porch and yard...

House comes with all bedding and bath towels. Beach towels are not
provided. Extra blankets and pillows in closets. Kitchen is fully
stocked with utensils, cookware and appliances. Complimentary
Laundry Facilities. TV and VCR with cable in living room.
Local phone service provided as well as extra jacks for internet
access. Special requests are available, cost determined by request.
Parking for two vehicles on premises.

The Newport Pier is around the corner. Walking distance to The Crab
Cooker, Sharkys, Spaghetti Factory and other well known
restaurants. Local shopping all around. All local theme parks
within
45 minutes drive..Knotts Berry Farm and Soak City Water Park,
Disneyland and California Adventureland, Wild Rivers and Boomers.
Biking distance to Balboa pier , Fun Zone and the Ferry to Balboa
Island where there are many unique shopping spots. Sport fishing
