This is a very cozy house in Dania Beach (borders Hollywood) located in an excellent area just one mile to Hollywood Beach and 5 minutes to Downtown Hollywood. Food supermarket/Publix is a short 5-10 minute walk or just 3 minutes by car. Fort Lauderdale Airport is 3 miles away.
The house is completely tiled throughout and it has central air and heat. The doors and windows are all hurricane impact rated. Full size washer and dryer located inside the house for your convenience. Kitchen is fully equiped with a washing machine, garbage disposal, full size refrigerator and complete set of dishes and pots and pans.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are spacious with large windows. Each room has a queen bed. A third smaller bedroom has two twin beds, two large windows and a door that opens to a small porch and private small fenced in back yard.
The living room has a Queen size sofa bed. a love seat, a flat screen TV.
The dining area has a table that sits 6.
This house has two full size bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower/tub combination.
High speed internet, cable tv and taxes all inclusive.
This house comfortably sleep 6 people in the bedrooms.
We have additional mattresses and toddler beds available upon request.
