This is a very cozy house in Dania Beach (borders Hollywood) located in an excellent area just one mile to Hollywood Beach Boardwalk (A1A) and 5 minutes to Downtown Hollywood. It is located just a short walk from Sheridan Street which leads to the beach. Food supermarket/Publix is a 5 minute walk or just 3 minutes by car. Fort Lauderdale Airport is 3 miles away.
The house is completely tiled throughout and it has central air and heat. The doors and windows are all hurricane impact rated. Full size washer and dryer is located inside the house for your convenience. Kitchen is fully equiped with a washing machine, garbage disposal, full size refrigerator and complete set of dishes and pots and pans.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are spacious with large windows. Each room has a queen bed. A third smaller bedroom has one twin and one full bed, two large windows and a door that opens to a small porch and private small fenced in back yard.
The living room has a full size futton and a flat screen TV.
The dining area has a table that sits 6.
This house has two full size bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower/tub combination.
FREE High speed internet, cable tv. Taxes are inclusive.
This house comfortably sleeps 7 people in the beds in the bedrooms and two more in the pull out sofa bed in the living room.
We have additional air mattresses and toddler beds available upon request. We also provide a crib, a pack n play and a high chair.
