The condo has recently been fully renovated. Valet
parking is available for guests. There are 2 swimming pools, a

This condo is available for rent from September 1 through April 30.
The rental rates is $1800.00(water included)per month plus
utilities (phone and electricity) and high speed internet if
requested. MINIMUM STAY IS 4 MONTHS, per Condo Assoc. Rules and
Regulations.
