If you are looking for a home away from home, this is it!!!!! The home offers ample space to park 3 cars. Our home is fully furnished and is made for your relaxation. It features 4 bedrooms (with 2 queen and 2 double beds), 2 full bathrooms, 2 livingrooms, dining room and a kitchen with many of the amenities you are accustomed to. Our home is conveniently located a few steps from Keuka College and is only a short drive into Penn Yan. When you are ready to enjoy the lake, take a short walk down to 37 foot of lake front. Our lake front offers a gazebo to enjoy a bit of shade and a 180 degree view of the lake. Our 50 foot dock offers a place to park your boat and the public boat launch in town provides a way to launch and load your boat. If you want to relax at the house and still enjoy the lake, take a seat on one of the comfy Adirondack chairs and enjoy the view from our spacious porch.

Terms and Conditions
- The house rents from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 4pm and check out is 10am. Firm
- The house sleeps a maximum of 8 guests (Children included). No exceptions.
- Within 10 days of your reservation being made, 30% of the weekly rent is due. The remaining amount is due 1 month before the check-in date along with a $300 security deposit.
- If a reservation is canceled, the 30% down is forfeited.
- The security deposit will be mailed within 7 days after check-out, contingent upon the house being left in the same condition it was found in
- Please add $150 cleaning fee to the rental
- If the reservation is made within 1 month of the rental date, the entire rent is due at that time, along with the security deposit.
- We accept personal check.
- Campers, tents, RV's ect. are not allowed on the property
- This is a smoke free home.
- No pets please.
