Cute cottage 1 1/2 mile to beach.  We have many new updates!  We are located within a mile and half of Venice shops and beaches.  Great convenient location to all of the favorite local Restaurants and Sharkys Pier.  The cottage sets in a nice park like setting.  There are 3 large community heated pools with loungers and 3 hot tubs and 2 saunas.  There is shuffleboard, bocce ball, tennis courts and much more!  We also have nice walking paths and a park.  Very quiet and relaxing community!

We provide high speed wireless internet and Cable t.v.  We offer a well equipped kitchen with all of your cooking needs.  We also have a gas grill for your outdoor entertainment.  We provide everything that you would need for a vacation even down to the beach towels and cooler.

We have the Master bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds.  We also have a roll a way bed and the couch makes for a nice bed also!  There is a nice sun room for reading and relaxing.

There are many places to enjoy a bike ride or a walk in the park.  3 - community

Venice is known for its beautiful beaches and boutiques.  Sharkys pier is less than 2 miles.  This pier is new and one of the nicest piers I have ever seen.  It offers a place to dine and listen to music at nights as well as a popular fishing spot.  I have seen them catch many different kinds of fish from this pier.  If visiting the pier at daytime it offers a nice beach for sunbathing or swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Gulf.

There are fishing charters and rentals of all kinds.  There is a community park within a mile and half that has many basketball courts and tennis courts for the public.  There is also a nice public library down near the Venice shops.
