Vacation Rental Description

Summary of Grand Mayan Rental Reservation:

Reservations are available from Fri-Fri, Sat-Sat, or Sunday-Sunday only.
Christmas, Easter, and New Year's weeks are not available.
Reserving up to 6 months in advance will give you best chance of availablility.
Our Profile A membership will entitle you to your pick of available rooms when you arrive.  (e.g. 
Floor preference, 
location to pool, etc.)
Master Suite, two bedrooms, rents for:  $1600 a week
One Bedroom Suite rents for:  $1500 a week
Master Room, (no kitchen), rents for:  $1200 a week
There is a $250 deposit required to secure your room.  Payment can be made via credit card through 
Paypal, 
personal check, or money order.  All monies must be paid in full at least 34 days before your trip.  
If you wish to 
cancel, you will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid as long as cancellation is made at least 
34 days before 
your trip.

Room Description:

The Grand Mayan Palace Resorts are some of the finest resorts you 
will find in Mexico.  The rooms are very large and the grounds are 
gorgeous.  
Grand Mayan accomoations are available in Acapulco, Cancun, Nuevo 
Vallarta, and Cabo San Lucas.  Mayan Palace accomodations are also 
available in Puerto Vallarta and Puerto Penasco.  You can stay at any 
of these resorts by contacting me.  All resorts are rated Gold Crown 
by RCI.  

The golf courses are designed by famous golf pros and sure to 
challenge you.  Discounted green fees are included with your rental 
from me.  The interconnected swimming pools are the largest in Latin 
America and there is a variety of daily activities to keep you 
entertained.  

Cancun airport is about 35 miles from the Cancun Mayan Palace.  
Playa del Carmen is about 15 miles away.  In Playa you can catch the 
ferry to Cozumel where some of the best snorkling and diving in the 
world are available. 

Come and enjoy the beautiful blue waters and white sand beaches 
along with the wonderful offerings and entertainment at your Grand

Vacation Rental Rates

Master Suite:  Consists of 2 bedrooms. Both rooms have a king size 
bed.  One bedroom has an extra Futon type bed.  The living area has
two sleeper sofas, television, dining table, fully equipped 
kitchen.  Sleeps up to 8. Private cooling off pool on your terrace 
or porch.  Jacuzzi bathtub, double sinks, complimentary bathrobes. 
Rents for $1600 a week.

We have the Profile A upgrade which awards you top pick of available 
spaces at the Grand Mayan. You can select ocean view, 1st floor, top 
floor, near elevator etc. at all available locations at the Grand 
Mayan Resort System.

One Bedroom Suite:  Consists of a king size bed, living area with 
sleeper sofas, television, dining table, fully equipped kitchen.  
Sleeps up to 6.  Rents for $1500 a week.

Master Room:  One King Size Bed and a Futon sleeper.  Similar to 
large hotel room. Has no kitchen. Does have a jacuzzi bath. Sleeps 
4.  Rents for $1200.00 per week.  

All rooms have:

Electronic safe
Hair dryer
Marble bathrooms with tub and shower
Ceiling fans
Room Service
Kitchens are complete with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, 
    coffeemaker, blender, utensils, glassware, china, and silverware.
Maid service twice daily.


Multiple weeks available so plan to stay for two weeks or come with 
a group and get additional rooms.  Easter week and Christmas week 
are not available.  Packages also available for resorts in Acapulco, 
Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta, and Puerto Penasco.  Check in 
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.  You can book six months in advance, so 
plan now for summer vacations with the kids.  They'll love it.
