Enjoy views of Pagosa Peak from the covered patio overlooking Pinon Lake. This newly redecorated remodeled townhouse is located in the Pagosa Lakes area, 3 miles west of downtown. Within walking distance are the grocery store, restaurants, golf course, tennis courts, and recreation center. A short scenic drive will bring you to the Wolf Creek Ski Area (25 minutes) and also several hiking and fishing destinations.
The 3 bedroom townhouse comfortably sleeps 8 in 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins and a queen-size sofa sleeper. Both bathrooms have double sinks with granite vanities as well as brand new tub/showers. New linens have been provided throughout. The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the lower level along with the kitchen and dining room. Also on the lower level is the living room which boasts a gas fireplace and a new 42” LCD television with DirecTV. Free Wi-Fi and long distance are also provided. The two additional bedrooms and second bath are located on the upper level.
The full kitchen includes all new Whirlpool appliances and is fully equipped with all new dishes, cookware and utensils. Plus there is a Weber gas grill on the patio. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the utility room also on the lower level.
