Located on Captree Island near western end of Fire Island, off Robert Moses Parkway (can drive to house). Original waterfront beach house (circa 1920), 1300 sq.ft. Private beach on NYS boat channel for sunbathing and swimming, 2 docks and dock terrasse for fishing and outdoor dining, childrens playground in yard. The house fronts on the Great South Bay and backs on to the NYS boat channel leading to the Fire Island inlet. 30 mi. from NYC. Charming and very private, yet only 5 mn drive to historic village with great restaurants and shopping.
