Our beautiful single storey three bedroom villa is situated within the prestigious gated community of Southern Dunes golf and country club, and even overlooks the fairway of the third hole. 

This much sought after location places you in the ideal position to experience all that Orlando has to offer, be it the fun and excitement of the many world famous theme parks and attractions, to the more laid back pursuits of golfing, shopping,  eating and drinking. 

This beautiful community is home to the award winning 18 hole championship quality Southern Dunes golf course. The course is considered one of the finest in central Florida and is rated in the top 100 courses nationally. Facilities at Southern Dunes include a full size community pool, fully equipped gym, tennis courts, children's play area, fishing lake and a large clubhouse complete with restaurant and bar.

Southern Dunes is located in Polk county, south west of Walt Disney world on highway 27 and just a few miles from both the US 192 and the Interstate 4. These two roads provide quick and easy access to most of central Florida including southwest to Tampa and the Gulf Coast (45 minutes), northeast to the centre of Orlando and the airports (Orlando airport 45 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes), and the Atlantic coast attractions and beaches (70 minutes). A number of local amenities can be found just minutes away from the front gates including a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket, super Wal-mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants. 

Walt Disney world can be reached in just 20 minutes, and the majority of the main attractions such as Universal, Seaworld, and International Drive in around 30 minutes. Apart from the Southern Dunes golf course which is on your doorstep, there are several quality golf courses nearby which cater for every level of golfer including Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes and Championsgate, and a further 20 more within a 20 mile radius.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa which comfortably sleeps 6 adults is the perfect base from which to explore Orlando’s many attractions and will provide you with a luxurious and peaceful haven in which to relax and enjoy Florida’s wonderful sunshine.
