Villa Las Palmeras is a gorgeous five-level, twelve bedroom Villa
with spectacular views of Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta. The
Villa, sitting on top of the hill, is well-named "The Lighthouse of
Vallarta", with views from everywhere among the 18,000 square feet of
the spacious grounds. Each bedroom has an epic, panoramic,
unobstructed view. The villa comes complete with 300 degree peak-
point views, large pool, rooftop palapa bar, air conditioning, CD
sound system, satellite TV, VCR, Cantera stone flooring, white marble
showers, and a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen. The Villa is
tucked away in the hillside among lush surroundings, yet only minutes
away from Restaurant Row and nearby beaches. Family-friendly, the
pool also has an attached baby pool for the little ones, as well as a
built-in seat along the side of the main pool.

The owner of the Villa is one of the most outstanding and artistic
designer-contractors of California, and has a well-earned reputation
for transforming the ordinary into wonders of art and luxury. The
bedrooms were designed so that every bedroom, while fully private,
has an open-air panoramic view of the Bay of Banderas. Seven of the
bedrooms can be closed off with sliding glass doors and come with air-
conditioning. The living area is open and spacious, lending itself
nicely for entertainment as well as family-style gatherings. The
kitchen is all marble, fully equipped with Nordic air refrigerator-
freezers, three ovens, stainless steel grills, and even an outside
marble barbeque.

The Villa comes with houseman, daily maid service, and a cook on the
premises, available at your request. It also has a large basketball
court and 15 car parking (good for reunions and family functions of
