Conveniently located. Only one mile to Nantucket Sound beaches.  Sea Street Beach in Dennisport is the closest public beach.  

One and a half miles to the Cape Cod Bike Path.   A quarter mile to village center. Four nearby golf courses.
If you have ever felt trapped in a small cottage, with little room
inside and neighbors right on top of you, this home might be for
you.
The home is centrally located on the corner of Upper County Road (one
of the four major crossroads through Dennis) and Clipper Lane (a
quiet residential street) and is a short walk from Swan Pond.

Spacious accommodations to relax and enjoy your stay. The first
floor offers a well-equipped kitchen (microwave,dishwasher,toaster,
coffeemaker, full-size refrigerator, stove, and a variety of pots,
pans, and utensils), a bathroom with an antique claw-foot tub,
laundry room with washer and dryer, dining room, living room, and air-
conditioned master bedroom (queen bed). The second floor has a
bathroom with skylight and shower and two air conditioned bedrooms both with skylights (one with
twin-size bunk beds, the other with one extra-long twin and one
double bed).
There is color cable TV with VCR and DVD player and a telephone.
There is an outdoor after swim enclosed hot & cold water shower,
picnic table, patio table and chairs, BBQ grill, and deck.
Guests must bring soap and paper products (starter supply provided), bed linen, and towels.

Bed linen and bath towel rental available but must be arranged in advance.

Maximum of 6 Occupants, including infants and children, permitted.

A convenient centralized location - most anything you might want
is nearby. Shops, restaurants, library (for internet access!), food
shopping, etc. You are close to all the attractions
on Rt 28 (e.g. miniature golf) and Rt 134 (e.g., cinemas, shopping).
There are four major golf courses nearby (Dennis Pines Golf Club,
Dennis Highlands Golf Club, Kings Way Golf Club, & Bass River Golf
Club). Also nearby is fishing, paddle boats, canoes, sightseeing and
nature walks such as the Indian Lands Conservation Trail (1.5 miles
away which is a nice short walk (less than 2 miles total) with fine
views of the Bass River and the salt marshes).

$1600 USD per week / In-Season  (7 nights / Saturday to Saturday)

Summer Special: 

$1375 USD / 6 nights (Sunday-Friday / check-out Saturday morning)

Six (6) Night Rental for Sunday Arrivals Only.

Six (6) Night Minimum - July and August.

Off Season:

$1100 - $1375USD per week
