Sunset Cove Summer Get Away in Coeur d'Alene

3bdrm lake front home, done in a Southwestern decor. Open floor plan with views of the lake throughout the home. Private dock with boat slip. Small beach area to enjoy the daytime activities.  Large front deck to enjoy the lake view and evening sunsets.  Side decks to get out of the summer heat and enjoy some shade as well as an evening sitting around the fire pit looking at the stars.

No smoking allowed inside the home.

Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $100 is required and a pet deposit of $250 is required and refundable if there are no damages and you have cleaned up after your pet(s).  Agressive breeds are not allowed.

Top quality linens, pillows, and towels.  Fully equipped kitchen with complete service settings along with cooking utensils and small appliances.  Outdoor barbeque for grilling those steaks and burgers. Main floor bathroom and one bedroom with California king bed, loft has 2 twin beds and 2nd upper bedroom has a double bed. All bedrooms have tv's, dvd's and satellite service.  There is a landline for local phone calls only.

The lake is the main attraction.  With a private dock and beach you can enjoy all water sports; boating, fishing, swimming, skiing..... Shopping and dining in the City of Coeur d'Alene is a 25 minute drive around the lake. Golfing on one of the most beautiful courses in the U.S. and the only floating green in the world is minutes away by boat.  The North Fork river has rafting, off-roading and huckleberry picking as well as some gold panning about a 60 minute drive away.  Silverwood Theme Park is approximately 45 minutes away.  Something all members of a family can enjoy.

Nearby ski resorts (Silvermountain & Schweitzer) offer summer activites such as outdoor concerts and bike/trail and hikes.

$375 per night, 4 night minimum stay. Holidays require weekly rental. Return renters will also be given a discount.  Bookings 7 days and longer will be given a discounted daily rate. $350 per night for weekly, $300 per night for monthly stays.

Deposit information:

$500 deposit must be paid by money order, cashiers check or wire deposit within 72 hours of booking. Pay Pal can also be used.

$200 of your deposit is non-refundable due to cleaning, inspection and minimial garbage removal. Pet Deposit $250,all refundable if place is pet clean and there are no damages.

Cancellation Policy:

The bookingfee/deposit of $500 is non-refundable from the booking if you choose to cancel.  All rentals are non-refundable 30 (thirty) days prior to stay and 90 (ninety) days prior to special events or holidays.
