A quiet house on a hill. Enjoy being in the woods but only minutes away from the ocean. This 4000 sq. ft. home has a view from every room. This home has an indoor atrium where you can sit and relax and an outdoor deck. You may see deer or other wildlife in there natural habitat. This multi level house has a sunken living room with a fireplace and 2 sofas (1 is a sleeper). There is also a large family room with 2 sofas one of which is a sleeper.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large private bathroom. The guest rooms have queen size beds and are located upstairs and at the opposite end of the house (in case you do not want to hear the kids). There is a bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower tub located between the two guest rooms. There is also a 1/2 bath located on the main floor for convenience.

The house is equipped with wifi, 3 televisions and a DVD player.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer which are all new. It has a beautiful wood floor and a fantastic view from either the breakfast eating area or the formal dining room.

A washer and dryer are located in a large laundry room for your convenience.

The furnishings are simple yet comfortable so you can really feel at home and relax without worrying about someones antique furniture.

It is a short distance from Carmel By The Sea shopping, art galleries, golfing, hiking, including world famous Pebble Beach, fishing, kayaking, biking, tennis, public beaches, and scuba diving at the infamous Monastery Beach.

You might even spot a celebrity or two.
