Harmony Cottage in St Augustine Beach

Like ocean breezes and lots of privacy? Relax by the Pond, be soothed by the waterfall. The hot tub, pool, and outdoor living areas are connected by a big, sunny deck. “Harmony Cottage” is just a mile from the ocean -- an eight minute bike ride.

The cottage is spacious, sunny, and thoroughly equipped. Recently lovingly renovated and restored, this mobile home is now truly a breezy vacation cottage. Paintings and photographs by the artists/hosts decorate the walls. Each is an original of our lovely area. The living room has a cozy fireplace and opens to the dining and grill area of the deck. The dining room is spacious and overlooks the Waterfall Pond -- the fish are shy, but you may coax them out! The kitchen is well equipped and overlooks the Pond, as well. The full bath is stocked with plenty of towels for bathing and swimming. The master bedroom opens out to the hot tub and pool deck. The second bedroom/studio has a full sized, very cushy futon bed and a full wall of original oil paintings.  In addition, there is an office/reading room with WiFi, and a Florida room with queen pull-out couch. Oh, and a very nice laundry room, too. The entire property is lushly planted with tropicals, herbs, and flowers, and is bounded by privacy fence.

Rates and transactions are in US dollars. A security deposit of $200 is charged at time of booking to reserve the dates. We now can accept your deposit by PayPal.
Small dog okay -- $50 "dog rent." We trust you are up to date on shots and flea control, and that you will keep your pet with you, not leave it alone in or out of the cottage. Otherwise, we would ask that you crate your dog.
We want to receive your full payment a month ahead of your arrival, and we prefer a personal check, money orders, travelers' checks.  
Housecleaning charge is $75 and is due with the full payment.
Sales tax is 10%

If you must cancel, and you notify us 30 days or more before your reservation date, there is a $50 charge. Fourteen days or less, we must charge the deposit, and half the rent.
