This beautiful home is on a peaceful canal. The Screened in back
pourch overlooking the HEATED pool is very nice in the evenings.

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a king size bed in the master
bedroom and a Queen bunkbed (Queen on bottom/single on top) in the second bedroom and a sleeper
sofa in the great room. There is a great room with a bar and bar
stools seperating it from the kitchen.

There is a boat available with this home. You can bring your own
boat, or use ours, or rent a pontoon boat from the boat rental place
very close to the community. A boat trip to Anclote Key, the state
park and game preserve is a wonderful outing. The island is just a
short distance, about 4 miles, from shore so you can see where you
are going.. you do not have to navigate in the "deep blue sea"...

You can find shells, sand dollars and almost certaintly will see
dolphins on the trip to the island and back.

minutes away.
