Beautiful Cayuga Lakehouse in Cayuga Lake

Beautiful Cayuga Lakehouse available for weekly rentals in the summer and partial weeks available in the spring, fall, and winter.  Off-season (after Labor Day and before Memorial Day) the house is available for long-term rental or short stays.  The house has been recently furnished.  The house is conveniently located 2 miles from Ithaca, N.Y. and is in a nice private, relaxing setting.  We are located on the west shore of Cayuga Lake on Taughannock Blvd. just 3.5 miles from the Ithaca Commons and 5 miles from Cornell Campus and Ithaca College. This is a modern house with a large deck featuring a hot tub overlooking Cayuga Lake.  This house has 2 bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen with a brand new grill top Jenn Air stove, 2 full bathrooms, central air conditioning, and a spiral staircase.  The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and there is a queen sized pull-out couch in the living room.  There are three kayaks and a canoe with paddles and life jackets available for tenant use.  There is a small covered boathouse. The pier has a firepit for nighttime fun.  There are new lounge chairs and folding chairs for relaxing by the lake.  We have wifi high speed internet access and over 190 channels of cable TV.  There is a brand new 42" flat screen TV with DVD player.  This is a family oriented neighborhood so no large parties or excessive noise allowed.  Please contact us with any questions or if you would like to see more pictures of the house.  Please note: The access to the bedrooms on the second floor is via a spiral staircase.  This may be difficult to navigate with infants and/or pets.  The house is at the bottom of a steep driveway.  In the winter the driveway is plowed as soon as possible. The driveway leads to a small shared parking area where we have two designated parking spots.  Additional parking is available at the top of the driveway.  No trailers or boats are to be driven down the driveway.  Trailers and boats can be parked in the parking area adjacent to the road at the top of the driveway.

$1600 per week from Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  Cornell and IC graduation rates are $1800 for 3 nights (mimimum) and $250 for each additional night.  Discount for full week that includes graduation weekends.  Fees lower after Labor Day and before Memorial Day.  Weekend or partial week rentals available off season (before Memorial Day or after Labor Day).

Half the rent due with returned and signed rental contract.  Remaining half plus $400 refundable security deposit due one month prior to arrival.  Security deposit refunded within 30 days of departure pending no damages or additional cleaning.

Please note:  All bookings are on a first come first served basis.  After a rental agreement is sent you will have first right of refusal on the dates.  Your dates will not be reserved until the deposit and rental contract is received.
