gated community located in the heart of the beautiful Blue Ridge

The Great Room of this Windsor Townhome offers hardwood floors, high
vaulted ceilings with boxed beams, stone fireplace, and sliding glass
doors that lead to an open deck. The spacious Dining Area with bay
window has a large farm-style table with comfortable seating for
parties of eight to ten.

The Kitchen with cherry cabinets, gas range, and side-by-side
refrigerator is open to the Great Room via a pass-through window. The
washer and dryer are conveniently located in the Kitchen.

The spacious Master Bedroom with large windows is located on the main
floor and offers a king bed and its own TV. The adjoining full bath
features cherry cabinets, double vanities, and a delightful
circulating spa tub.

The main floor Guest Bedroom is furnished with two twin beds with twig
headboards and colorful quilts. A full bath with shower stall is
located just across the hallway.

Located on the upper level is a very private Guest Bedroom with queen
bed and full ensuite bath.  Two additional bedrooms are located on the lower level. One Bedroom has a queen bed and full ensuite bath. The other Bedroom, furnished with gorgeous antiques, has a full bed, sitting area, and sliding
glass doors leading to a covered deck.

Blowing Rock, North Carolina. Boone is the home of Appalachian State

galleries, antique malls, and year-round cultural activities. Just
minutes away is the historic Village of Blowing Rock and the Blue
Ridge Parkway with its miles of hiking trails, picnic areas, camp
grounds, fishing lakes, and scenic vistas. Nearby local attractions
include Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, the Blowing Rock,
Linville Falls, Linville Caverns, public golf courses, and four ski
resorts.

Rates vary according to the season and do include a departure cleaning.
Shangra La II is available for nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals.
Pets are not permitted, and this is a non-smoking home. Nightly rates
range from $414 to $614 per night. Rates are reduced for stays of
three or more nights. Weekly and monthly discounts are also available.
