Nice, safe, neighborhood.. Five (5) nights minimum stay.
Five bedrooms that may be subdivided for smaller groups but with full autonomy, privacy, security.
Fully furnished, all-included: A/C, cable, internet, utilities (heat, gas, electricity, water & sewer). Linens and towels are provided for you. Also provided are all kitchen needs: pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffeemaker, teapot, etc. 4 minute walk to train station - 20 minutes to Manhattan - No need to stay in a cramped Manhattan space. All necessary conveniences within 5 minutes walk: banks, shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc.
Very nice, extremely safe neighborhood.
