It features overstuffed furniture, flat screen TV, surround sound, stereo, and gas fireplace. Step down the hall and find 2 guest bedrooms with a shared bath and a master bedroom with a king size bed. All reservations require a security deposit of $400.00 to guard against damages.  Or you may purchase a Security Deposit Protection Plan for $39.00 in lieu of the $300.00 Security Deposit.

Linens are not included with rental.  You may rent linens in the following packages:

Full Linens:  $79.80  Premier Linens:  $136.80

When a reservation is made, a lease will be mailed out and must be returned signed along with initial payment.  Payment may be made by personal check, money order, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard  Credit Cards.
