Welcome to Sandy Toes!  This cozy oceanfront 5 bedroom, 3 full bath home with a HOT TUB is located in South Ponte Vedra Beach, between St. Augustine and Jacksonville.
You'll feel right at home in this fully furnished beach front getaway. With St. Augustine 8 miles South and Ponte Vedra 10 miles North, you'll find plenty of shopping, attractions, dining, and entertainment.  

If you have relaxing in mind, you're in the right place.  Venture out to the spacious oceanfront deck.  Here you can work on your tan in the lounge chairs, or walk right out to the beach for a day of relaxation.  You can stroll for miles along the sandy Altantic coast, search for shells and sharks' teeth, or do some body surfing in the ocean.  When it's time for lunch, head back up to the house have a cookout.  The deck features a large, gas grill.  There is a picnic table and patio table providing seating for everyone.   The kitchen is fully furnished, and you can buy groceries just a few miles away.

At the end of the day, you'll want to relax in the large, heated spa.  The 6 person hot tub is always maintained and the crystal clear water invites you in for a warm, soothing experience.

Magnificent ocean views can be enjoyed from several bedrooms, the open kitchen with breakfast bar, living room and dining area. Decorated with fun beachy themes, Sandy Toes will quickly become your oceanfront home away from home. So pack your bags and come home to the Beach.

Sandy Toes is a multilevel beach house. The living room is located on the main floor and is the social center of Sandy Toes.  The fully furnished kitchen opens into the living room, adding more social space to the home. The sectional couch centers around the LCD TV and gas fireplace.  You can enjoy any of the provided DVDs or bring your favorites from home. The dining table seats 6 and there is breakfast bar seating for 4.  There is wireless high speed internet, so bring your laptop!

The master bedroom is located also located on the main level.  This bedroom is decorated with inviting colors and beach themes.  The sounds of the crashing waves, and the sprawling king bed will provide youe with a wonderful night's sleep.  The master has a private full bathroom with a tub/shower, his/hers sink, and a walk-in closet.

The 2nd level features three bedrooms and a full bathroom.  Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and offer ocean views.  The other bedroom, decorated in a nautical theme, has two twin beds and views of the guana national park.

The 5th bedroom is the kids' domain.  This room is separate from the other bedrooms and features two twin-over-twin bunk beds.  There is a tv, dvd/vcr combo, X Box, and Nintendo Game Cube for the children's entertainment.  There are some games, but please encourage the kids to bring their favorites from home.

The oceanfront deck is located on the main level.  It features a large gas grill, picnic table, patio table with chairs and umbrella, lounge chairs, and a hot tub.  The deck has a private dune walk-over that leads right to the beach.  At the end of the walk-over, are two built in benches; a perfect place to enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the dolphins pass.

Sandy Toes has a fully functional laundry room with detergent supplied for your use.  The two-car garage will fit two full sized vehicles.  Remote garage door openers are provided.  Sandy Toes is available for holidays, The Players Championship, Florida/Georgia game, and all year 'round.

There are many activities in the areas in and around South Ponte
Vedra. St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city, is home to many
tourist attractions such as guided carriage rides, historic
landmarks, the Fountain of Youth, and many more. There is plenty of
shopping, dining, and nightlife in St. Augustine as well. There are
several concerts in the outdoor amphitheatre each month, as well as
live music at some of the local waterfront restaraunts such as the
Conch House.
A short, scenic drive north from Sandy Toes will take you to posh
Ponte Vedra and Sawgrass. Here you will find many elegant dining
choices, upscale boutiques, cigar stores, and fine jewelry shoppes.
Sawgrass is home to the PGA's annual TPC golf tournament.
Less than one hour away is downtown Jacksonville, where you can catch
a NFL Jacksonville Jaguars game, dine or shop at the riverfront
Jacksonville Landing, or take in the sights at the Jacksonville
Zoo. Day trips to Daytona or Orlando are easy to make from Sandy Toes.

If you are into outdoor activities, there are plenty of options to
choose from. There are many types of fishing in the area including:
surf fishing right from your beach, intracoastal fishing
trips, and offshore full day excursions. There are kayaking trips
available in St. Augustine as well as horseback riding, cycling, and
hiking trails.
Do you golf? If so, pack your clubs because there are dozens of
beautiful golf courses in the area. The World Golf Village is host
to two marvelous 18 hole courses, an 18 hole putting course,
and the World Golf Hall of Fame. St. Augustine has several public
and semi-private courses as well as dozens of courses in
Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, and Jacksonville Beach.

There are many dining choices in the area as well. Be sure to check
out some local fare at two nearby waterfront restaurants: The Reef
and Caps. Both are just a few minutes south of Sandy Toes.
