Vacation Rental Description

Luxury 4 bedroomed villa conveniently situated on Bentley Oaks, a 
quiet estate  of only 100 homes. The villa is just 10 minutes drive 
from Disney, 20 minutes from Orlando International airport and just 
2 
minutes from exit 58 of I4. Local shops and supermarket are just 2 
minutes away. The villa has a nature area immediately behind so 
therefore it is very private and not overlooked by anyone. There are 
4 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and sleeps 10 people. If golf is your 
thing there are 2 championship courses within 2 minutes drive. If 
theme parks are your thing Disney is 10 minutes away and Universal 
Studios is just 20 minutes away. If you just want to relax the large 
32'x16' solar heated swimming pool is waiting for you to jump in. 
The 
villa is fully licensed by the Florida Department of Business as a 
rental home. All prices quoted are fully inclusive of all taxes and 
fees, there are no extras to pay.

Television with cable, video/dvd recorder with selection of 
childrens videos. Stereo system with c.d. player. Patio doors to 
pool area. Sony Playstation with games.

Master Bedroom.

Has a King size bed, walk in wardrobes, television with cable. En 
suite bathroom with door to pool area.

Has a queen size bed and built in wardrobes.

Bedrooms 3 & 4.

Have 2 twinbeds and built in wardrobes in each.

Fully fitted with microwave oven, dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer 
with ice maker, small dining table with 4 chairs.

Dining Room.

Large dining table with 6 chairs.

Living room.

2 & 3 Seater sofas. 3 seater sofa converts into double sofa bed.

Garage.

Double garage with up and over doors. Large family washing machine 
and tumble drier.

Pool Area.

Fully screened and solar heated pool. Table with 4 chairs. 4 
additional chairs. 4 sun loungers with cushions. Additional sun deck 
approximately 30' x 12' to rear outside enclosed pool area for 
sunbathing.
