Our fully-furnished homes are located on the water's edge of Baffin
Bay, east of Riviera, Texas, and they are surrounded by the Kenedy
and King Ranches. Clients have exclusive, private use of an entire
home, all of which have their own lighted piers. Fishing is great
year-round in our mild South Texas climate. Baffin Bay has redfish,
flounder, drum, and croaker, but is famous for its TROPHY SPECKLED
TROUT! Nearly all species of North American birds migrate through
South Texas.
Just 20 minutes north is historic Kingsville. Visit the restored
downtown area, King Ranch, L.E.Ramey golf course, 2 museums, NAS
Kingsville, and Texas A & M University Kingville, which has a
tremendous library. Corpus Christi and Padre Island are 1 hour
north, and Brownsville and Mexico are 2 hours south.
Ideal for reunions, retreats, corporate groups, hunting and fishing
parties.

Lighted piers, near boat launch, cable tv, linens,
towels, dishes, bbq, private pool at the Ranch House. Excellent flat-
land bicycling. Near restaurants. Spacious mesquite-shaded grounds.

Lodge, Bird's Nest, Ranch House and Reel 'Em Inn: $175/2 + $50
additional + 13% tax
Bunk House: $125/2 + $50 additional + 13% tax

Confirmation is mailed upon receipt of $175 per night.
Deposit refundable if notified of cancellation 14 days prior to
first day of reservation.
Deposit must be received within 7 working days after booking.
