fixtures. A large deck, open plan kitchen and vibrant interior  
colors make this a fun island getaway. Stainless steel appliances,  
flat screen tv in living room with DVD, CD, surround sound and  
speakers throughout the house, and wireless, high-speed internet. 
 
Swimming Pool & Tennis Court.  There's plenty of room at ground  
level for barbques, crab boils, storing kayaks, bicycles, fishing  
rods, and other fun stuff. The next level contains the entrance,  
powder room, kitchen, living, & dining room, and a large deck over  
looking the sound with views of the Gulf. The third level has master  
bedroom with king bed and bath and 2nd bedroom with queen bed and

unit. The security deposit is returned upon final inspection. A  
$125.00 non-refundable cleaning fee is also added to the rate. 3 Day  
minimum. May inquire if shorter stay is needed.
