the world. An astonishing 19-hole championship course, it features
eight holes facing or playing along the ocean, providing breathtaking
ocean vistas. Nearby is the Residents Beach Club, a private facility
for use by Punta Mita guests. With an oceanfront location, the Club
overlooks the famed island hole par-3 called the Tail of the Whale. As
our guest you may choose to spend hours in the swimming pool, or dine
in the Club�s casual palapa-roof restaurant which serves food and
beverages throughout the day. Spa services are also available for
in-house or at Hacienda de Mita beach club just steps away from our condo.
Known as the most acrobatic of all whales, the Humpback Whale can be
seen in this region. Mothers and Calves, can be spotted playing in the
warm waters of Banderas Bay right off our balcony where people come
from around the world to observe these beautiful creatures. You may
choose to get a closer look by taking a guided whale watching tour by
which our concierge service can arrange for you and your family for a
most unforgettable day. In addition to playing golf, nearby you will
also find, horseback riding, fishing for Marlin, Sailfish and Dorado.
Surfing is very popular in Mita, as is the snorkeling and diving at
the Marietas Islands, which you can see out our window. Old town in
Puerto Vallarta renowned for its art galleries, shopping and great
restaurants is all so a great way to spend the day

Resort living at it's finest, our home is designed with all of the
modern conveniences, and luxury in mind. The gourmet kitchen has top
of the line appliances including a 6 burner Viking stove and Subzero
refrigerator/freezer, and outfitted with all of the kitchen accessories to make your stay more enjoyable. If you enjoy cooking then we have everything you need to cook a five course meal, or if you want to relax and not touch a pan, then we can make arrangements to hire a chef to prepare all of your meals with menu suggestions grocery shopping. You will enjoy the best of both worlds with wireless internet service, Plasma T.V. with Dish satellite in the living room and the in Master suite, Sony home theater system, with DVD player and free long distance calls to the U.S. and Canada. The 3 king suites offer all of the luxuries of a 5 star resort, with plush towels, 400 thread count sheets, custom bedding, zoned air conditioning throughout the house as well as state of the art water filtration system.
Keeping with the theme of the rest of our home all of the 3 King suites are
beautifully appointed with furnishings from Tommy Bahama and professionally decorated with an island theme in mind. The master suite has a sitting area with a floor to ceiling picture widow that offers spectacular views of the ocean that is truly amazing to wake up to. The master bath has dual sinks with a Spa shower and 2 person whirlpool hot tub. The 2 other guest king suites not only offer luxury with its spacious bathrooms and closets, you will enjoy the privacy
and comfort that both of these rooms have to offer. Your kids will love staying in the 4th bedroom that has bunk beds with a private bathroom and shower. In addition, we all so have a 'Air Dream' sofa sleeper. This new technology adds an element of comfort unavailable until now in sleeper sofas. The Air Over Coil sleep surface technology inflates in 45 seconds with the electric inflation pump and can be adjusted for your comfort level.
The bathrooms have exquisite marble bowl sinks with travertine marble counter tops and marble floors. Plush towels are furnished as well as magnified makeup mirrors, blow dryers and toiletries for your convenience. You will feel as though you are staying at a 5 star resort with all of extra amenities through out our home.
The Punta Mita resort along with our gated community has 24 hour security on duty as well as an Emergency Medical care facility on site.

We recently took advantage of upgrading our club membership to the "Premiere" level so our family and guest have unlimited access to the following amenities within the Punta Mita resort which our former membership did not provide.

• You will enjoy reduced greens fees to both of the award winning Four Seasons resort courses, Bahia and Pacifico, designed Jack Nicklaus. Clubs and shoes are available for rent in the pro shop. Clinic and private lessons are offered through out the year.
• The Tennis center has just doubled in size with a full array of amenities. It offers 10 fully lit courts with 2 court surfaces. Hard courts, which is featured at the grand slam tournament, and the US Open, and Soft courts with is sometimes referred to the "Fountain of Youth Surface since there is much less wear and tear on the player's body.. You can take advantage of the various clinics offered, private lessons, and group lessons, and equipment rental.
