Montauk Home close to beach in Montauk

It's a very cozy home close to Ditch Plains.  It can sleep 12 people comfortably and I still have one crib set up.  It has a full kitchen, 2 decks (upper and lower) and a bbq which makes for great summer entertaining. My kitchen is well equipped.  One bedroom has 2 bunks, a trundle bed, a twin bed and 1 crib.  Usually a great place for all the kids to sleep and the theme is a surf theme.  I have one master bedroom with queen size bed and another bedroom with a queen size bed.  The basement bedroom sleeps 2 and in the living area of basement has a pull out couch and great space on floor for kids to spread out sleeping bags.  Please no prom groups and no large group of kids under age of 25.  Absolutely no pets allowed.

• 20 minute drive to East Hampton
• 5 minute drive to Ditch Plains Beach
• 5 minute drive to the Famous Montauk Downs Golf Course
• 5 minute walk to Rita's Pony's (it's a nice walk and you can usually see horses out all the time)
• 5 minute drive to the town of Montauk to get some fresh baked goods at the famous Montauk Bakery (the best boston cream and jelly donuts)
• montauk downs also has a great public pool--it's as if it was a private club--always quiet and very inexpensive to go daily.
• Very close to the new hot spots-Crow's Nest, Sloppy Tuna, Surf Lodge, and Ruschmeyer.    All very happening places these days.
• great for Columbus Day Weekend
• very limited tv channels in October, November, December and April.  Usually close for winter months.

I usually rent weekends in April, May and June and in fall September, October, November or Christmas week.   The rates are negotiable. I am willing to rent for labor day weekend.    Also, there is a charge for cleaning service at the end of stay 150 to 225 dollars.  I prefer weekly rentals for July or August depending on availability.  Weekends are only available in March, April, May, June, September, October and December-home is usually closed in January and February.
