Sea Colony - Partial summer week available in Bethany Beach

With a queens size bed in the bedroom and a queens size sofa bed in the living room, this end unit, steps away from a swan pond, an outdoor pool and indoor/outdoor tennis courts, sleeps 4. Short walk (~5 min.) or bike ride to a 1/2 mile private guarded beach. Shuttle bus stop to the beach just around the corner. Shuttle bus goes around the Sea Colony resort every 3 min. between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The Marketplace at Sea Colony (3 minute walk) has 2 restaurants, a beauty shop, gift shops, beach goods store and bike rentals.

A min. of 3 nights required. Cleaning fee $70. Sea Colony Recreation fee $12 (1/1-5/9 and 9/13-12/31), $17 (5/10-6/13 and 8/30-9/12) OR $40 (6/14 -8/29) per person (age 4 and above) needs to be paid directly to Sea Colony upon arrival.  The recreation fee gives you 2 parking permits and full access to ALL Sea Colony amenities (on both the ocean and the bay sides) including the indoor/outdoor pools and tennis facilities, use of fitness center, and access to private guarded beach.

50% deposit at time of reservation with balance due 30 days prior to date of arrival.
