This beautiful oceanfront apartment on North Hutchinson Island will let you forget all your worries
as you watch beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean from your living room and balcony. It is the closest building to the beach on the island. Direct oceanfront views from all living areas and kitchen and master bedroom. No roads to cross to get to the beach. The unit is located on the third floor of a building that has only 10 units. Community includes four buildings.

Views from the Master Bedroom are of the ocean. This room has a King size bed and its own bathroom.

The second bedroom has one queen bed and a twin trundle bed (two twin beds). It also has an attached full bath. A third room can serve as a study, or a small bedroom.

Kitchen has new stainless steel applicances and is well stocked with all utensils, cookware and dishes. Two televisions with cable and a DVD. There is
a washer and dryer in the unit.

The building has a heated pool, BBQ, and a private boardwalk to the beach.

Building is on the oceanside - there are no roads to cross to get to the beach. The association is gated for added security.

Nearby is charming Vero Beach, with quaint restaurants and shops. Fresh fish and seafood is brough
in daily to numerous small fish markets. Jet ski rentals are available on the beach. Golfing is plentiful and nearby.

Fort Pierce has a beautifully redeveloped oceanfront downtown with fun waterfront restaurants, a
farmer's market on Saturday mornings, and interesting galleries and shops. Charter fishing is available at the City marina.

Primary activity may be to relax by the beach and let the breeze keep you cool.

North Hutchinson Island is located only 1 hr. north from Palm Beach Airport and 1.5 hours from
Orlando and Disney World. The island has numerous preservation areas to explore the natural beauty
of Old Florida.
