Centrally located on Thousand Hills Golf Course at 2700 Green Mountain Drive in Branson. Approximately 1175 square feet of heated and cooled space plus balcony, accessible through master as well as living room.
New "Bali" cellular blinds throughout in August 2010. New Serta "Congressional" pillow-top King in guest bedroom, August 2010.
400 thread count sheets and soft, plush towels. 8 beach towels provided for pool use. Memory foam topper for sleeper sofa. New, caramel paint in 2009. Wi-Fi, 2 Flat Screen HDMI TV's, Surround Sound, Play Station II, 22 DVD movies, 6 playstation games of varying age suitability.

Within walking distance of very satisfactory restaurants including Florentinas and Lone Star Steakhouse (50 yards and 250 yards), 2 excellent miniature golf courses (150 yards and 300 yards), a certainly unique shopping village (Grand Village next to the Grand Palace 300 yards), and 2 crafts malls (250 and 350 yards respectively).
Right on the Yellow Route - So are the back entrances of theatres along west 76 so you can avoid waiting on the strip in traffic getting to those theatres.

$75 per night 1/2/2013 through 3/7/2013.
$95 per night 3/8/13 through 5/8/13.
$110 per night 5-19 through 9/2/2013.
$100 per night 9/3 through 1/2/2014.
$60 one time cleaning fee plus taxes of 11.6%. Cleaning Fee reduced $10 for each night of your stay. For example, for a 3 night stay the cleaning fee is only $30. Cleaning fee waived for stays of 6 nights or longer.
Holidays and weekends (Friday and Saturday) are $10 more per night unless minimum rental of 3 nights.
Deposit of $130 secures reservation and applies toward total rent. Reasonable cancellation policy.
