Sunshine Grove in Brooksville

This quiet farmhouse property lies on 3 acres just north of SR 50. Available on one side of the property, are two bedrooms and one bathroom; large dining; large living area; lounge; laundry. Fully furnished, utensils and bedding etc included. Pull-out couches enable the property to sleep up to ten or more persons. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom can either have single beds or bunk beds.  1200 s.ft living.

 Should more people need accomodation, the other side of the property could be made available. This part offers one bedroom and one bathroom; a large kitchen with commercial stove etc. This part of the property has been used for functions such as weddings, gatherings, meetings, parties etc. Up to 80 people can be accomodated for a function. There is a lounge area, office or private space etc.

Fully furnished - beds, couches, tables, chairs, cabinets, TV, recliners, etc. Linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes etc all included. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, laundry facilities, with washer and dryer. Hideaway bed/couches and bunk beds or single beds allow us to accomodate most situations.

5 miles from Brooksville town center, Roger's Christmas House. 50 minutes to Tampa airport. 15 minutes from Weeki Wachi Springs and the famous mermaids. Also within the fifteen minute vicinity are Hernando Beach; Pine Island Beach. Stores are only two miles away. Orlando and the attractions - Disney, SeaWorld etc - are 90 minutes. Busch Gardens is less than an hour's drive.

On the outskirts of Brooksville is the Withlacoochee State Forest that offers thousands of acres of recreational opportunities including fishing, hunting, motor cycling. The beautiful Withlacoochee River offers camping, canoing and fishing along with outstanding bird watching and wildlife.

There are dozens of championship golf courses within the 15 mile radius. 30 minutes would take you to the Homasassa Springs State Wildlife Park or the Tarpon Springs famous sponge docks. Busch Gardens or downtown Tampa are a little over 45 minutes away.

Rates are flexible depending upon season and number of people wanting accomodation.

Minimum rate per night is $125 for 3 persons with a 3 night minimum stay. Maximum rate per month is $2,600 for 8 people but a $500 security deposit is required.
