Recently renovated in 2009, you will be enveloped by tons of natural light which streams in from the floor to ceiling windows upon entering the home.  The fist level features beautiful 'Tiger Wood' mahogany wood floors, a two story high authentic 'kiva' fireplace, solid wood beams across the entire ceiling, a guest bath with natural stone tile designs, and a computer center with complimentary WIFI.  The large living area opens to the chef's kitchen which includes granite countertops, a large prep area with sink, and top of the line GE Profile appliances.   There is a private laundry room with front loading washer & dryer for your convenience.

The second level features a master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a king size 'heavenly bed', large walk-in closet & private balcony with views of the 11th tee box at the Phantom Horse Golf Course. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size 'heavenly bed', walk-in closet, vaulted ceilings, and private balcony.

The Villa's private backyard features a 3 hole putting green to practice your short game before hitting the course, a stone patio set with 4 comfortable sling chairs, and a 3 burner Weber Genesis Grill.

We provide all our guests with five star comfort & amenities including a special VIP request service! Upon request, we will stock the Villa with food, beverages, and other items prior to your arrival for an additional cost.

You'll enjoy access to our 5 community pools & hot tubs, the Valley's premier Phantom Horse Golf Club, horseback riding on the South Mountain preserve, mountain biking the Desert Classic Trail & sampling some of the best southwestern cuisine in Phoenix.

Additionally, our Villa has easy freeway access to all the Spring Training Stadiums in the Phoenix Valley (call for more details), 15 minutes from Scottsdale shopping, and only 10 minutes from Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport.

Details & Restrictions

• No Pets Allowed.
• No Smoking Allowed.
• Must be paid by an adult OVER 21.
• 100% payment is required 60 days prior or 5 days after making your reservation (whichever day is closer to your day of arrival) to reserve your dates.
• Guests using a debit card to pay for reservation may need to contact the phone number on the back of the card & approve a large purchase amount.
• Credit cards will be pre-authorized for $350 (same as hotels).  This amount (or partial amount) will be charged for any missing items or major damage caused by guests.
• All guest are required to sign our online guest book & damage disclaimer prior to stay
• Check-in time is after 3pm.
• Check-out time is before 10am (additional charges after 11am).
