Retreat at Saddlewood - True Ski in/out in Breckenridge

This beautiful property is located directly on the Snowflake run!  The Snowflake run is a green run that leads to the Snowflake lift and just by walking out your back door you will be right on the run!

When you enter the main level of this townhome you are immediately greeted by a beautifully appointed living room which features: a new sleeper sofa with two arm chairs, a rock fireplace, and a new flat screen TV. Open to the living room is the kitchen which offers granite countertops and seating for 3 at the bar. Attached to the kitchen is the dining room which offers seating for 8 people at a beautiful new counter height table. Directly off of the dining room is a balcony which features great views and a BBQ grill.  Also on this level is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom that is located just outside the bedroom door.

Upstairs there is master bedroom with a king bed, TV, attached bathroom with 2 sinks and a separate jacuzzi tub.

Downstairs is a bedroom with a bunk bed that is twin on top and full on bottom. The other downstairs bedroom is also a bunk room with twin on top/full on bottom and a twin trundle.  This room also has a Wii game system with two chairs and ottoman.  There is a bathroom in the hall that the two bedrooms share.

This townhome features all the amenities you need to come home to after a long day of skiing or hiking, especially the private hot tub on the back patio! Flat screen TVs are provided throughout the house. There is also a shuttle stop about 2 and a half blocks from the house that will take you in to town for dining and shopping.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults, or 9 total with children.

The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 2 vehicles.
4x4 is recommended during any date that snow may occur.

Ski access: Ski in and Ski out to Snowflake run (a Green Run/Beginner) and Snowflake lift

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $200 + tax that will be applied to your rental.

The refundable damage deposit is $500.00 and will be collected in advance.
