to the private dock. From the large deck off the living room there
is a gorgeous lake view.

The house includes two complete kitchens,
a pool table and foosball table. There is a large in-ground private swimming pool for working on that perfect tan or keeping the kids entertained while
you barbecue on the patio.

A Spa, romantic swing, large hammock and
badminton/volleyball net encourage relaxation and fun.

The weather is fabulous with an average summer temperature of 76
degrees. Lake Gaston is well stocked with many types of fish that
include catfish, striped bass, large mouth bass, crappie, and
sunfish.

Pets are allowed, but no smoking please. Home is located in the NE
quadrant of Lake Gaston.
