Vacation Rental Description

A beautifully furnished 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 5 star, spacious 
villa ideally situated at Legacy Park for any sort of family 
holiday. With a bubbling pool and spa this villa offers luxury 
accommodation throughout making it a place you'll want to return to 
time after time.  The ground floor offers a king size bedroom with 
ensuite, an exceptionally spacious living and dining area 
plus a family room to the rear of the property where the fully 
equipped kitchen and breakfast area overlooks the pool.  The first 
floor offers a spacious master king size bedroom & ensuite with walk-
in closet, 3 twin rooms and 1 further king size bedroom. (Each 
bedroom has it's own TV)

There's a half bathroom on the ground floor with a laundry room and 
there's a family bathroom on the first floor.

The bubbling blue pool and spa finishes off this villa beautifully.  
There's plenty of pool furniture to help you relax after those busy 
days at the theme parks, golf courses or shopping!  A kiddies safety 
fence around the pool area will be assembled for all guests and an 
outside pool bathroom is also available to help prevent wet areas 
inside the villa.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Legacy Park is located on the US27 giving you fast and easy access 
to major routes when planning your daily activities.  However the 
Legacy Park community is made up of several smaller communities and 
our villa is set far back giving the benefit of peace and quiet but 
still close enough to all the main amenities at Davenport which is a 
few minutes away.  The popular 192 which runs through Kissimmee is 
only a few minutes drive away.

Activities and Attractions

Local supermarket & bank - 2 minutes drive.
Restaurants - 2 minutes drive.
Disney Maingate = 15-20 minutes drive.
Champions Gate Golf Courses = 10 minutes drive.

The 192 (main route through Kissimmee) = 5 minutes drive.
Interstate 4 = 10 minutes.

With easy access to all the major routes all theme parks and 
attractions are within 20 - 30 minutes drive.  The coast is from 
about an hour's drive away and always worth putting on your "to do" 
list.
