Water Views EVERY window - condo is super clean, with modern furnishings and well equipped/maintained.  2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.   Even the kitchen has waterviews!    Gorgeous waterside pool and spa, large deck with tiki hut and gas grills for guests to enjoy whilst watching the boat traffic or cook out and enjoy on your own boat moored at the free guest docks!   Sauna to ease your aching muscles after a few sets of tennis on our private, "guest only", floodlight tennis courts.  The community has a small putting green to sharpen up your golf skills too!   Waterside gardens with picnic tables alongside the boat docks .    

The condo is a well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher,  full range, and refrigerator.         There is a large outdoor patio/balcony, overlooking the intracoastal waterway, accessible from the master bedroom and living room.

The rooftop sundeck is a perfect place to relax over cocktails and enjoy the gulf beaches, glorious sunsets and make new friends.    You can walk to nearby fine dining and casual eating places too.    Its a short hop over the bridge to the mainland for shopping and other entertainments.  Or take the Jolly Trolley  north and south for a couple of dollars to jump on and off to explore the many beach attractions we have.

This unit is in a superbly maintained condo community that has been a popular summer and  winter destination for years.    

The  Master Bedroom has a King Bed and large closet. Step out of your bed onto the balcony and awaken with morning coffee and Florida sunshine! The spacious 2nd bedroom has a full(double) bed and twin bed perfect for families  or another couple.  As well as bath towels, we provide beach towels.  

Not suitable for singles/groups under the age of 25.  Pets are not allowed at all.   Families are most welcome!

The maximum adults in this condo is Five.    Sofa (not a sofabed) could be used for one small child only.   Add $25 plus tax per night for more than 4 adults.

Indian Shores is a tranquil community with bike and walking paths along the roadways and pristine, white sand beaches along the Gulf of Mexico.  The famous Salt Rock Grill is steps away from the condo and provides some of the finest dining in all of Pinellas County including an unbeatable early bird special of *(current Oct 2010) $20.10 for two 3-course dinners!   The  Indian Shores Coffee Company is 1 block away, has the best organic coffee on the Gulf and John’s Pass fishing village is just  10 minutes away with unique shopping and dining.

There are boat, bike, scooter and kayak rentals nearby.  The Beach Trolley can take along the 17 miles of beach to a myriad of activities and  dining options.

Your stay at  Bay Shores is the perfect place to retreat or to enjoy many activities in Indian Shores and surrounding areas:
25 minutes to Tampa and  Busch Gardens
10 minutes to St. Petersburg and Clearwater Beaches
90 minutes to Orlando
Activities such as deep sea fishing, scuba diving, wave running, parasailing, boating, mini golfing, golfing, kayaking, casino cruise, pirate ship dinner cruise, shopping can be found all along the beaches or neighbouring communities, all within 5-15 minutes from your beach home.
