Vacation Rental Description

This fully furnished, non-smoking condo features two bedrooms (queen  
in master bedroom and two twins in second bedroom), a double  
sofabed, two full baths, and lots of room for memories. The third  
floor view overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is magnificent. Also has a  
private balcony off the living room that's great for sunrise  
breakfast. In the evening walk out the front door and enjoy sunsets  
over the Intracoastal Waterway.  
 
Heated pool with a picnic area steps from the sand (beach is located  
directly across a local two lane road in an area where there is NO  
beach side development). Also, NO cars allowed on beach! Ormond By  
The Sea is a charming beach town you won't forget! 
 
The third floor is accessible by an open-air stairwell and an  
elevator for your convenience.

restaurants, & much more. Orlando-area attractions are also 90  
minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan-Mar...$1800/month       Apr-Dec...$500/week 
Refundable Security Deposit: $100 for weekly rentals; $200 for  
monthly rentals.  Rate does not include 12.5% tax.  Rates may differ  
for holidays & special events. Call for rates & availability.   
Receipt of security deposit required to confirm reservation. Deposit  
will be refunded if notice of cancellation is sent at least 30 days  
prior to arrival.  Full payment for rental due to owner at least 30  
days prior to arrival.
