Feel the wonderful sea breezes as you enjoy ocean views from wrap around porch & balcony on a quiet family street just steps to the beach; 2 full baths; enjoy the comfort of the master bedroom suite with its high-end mattress & luxurious bedding, TV with Dish Network and DVD; MAC computer with wireless internet access; 2 additional bedrooms & a loft on 2nd floor; eat in kitchen w/ state of the art counter tops and w/modern appliances including dishwasher and brand new refrigerator & microwave; brand new washer and dryer in laundry room on main level; outdoor shower w/hot & cold water. DSL computer access.

No group rentals accepted (no exceptions); this is a family vacation destination. We rent by the week only, Saturday to Saturday.

Single family rentals get highest priority. Parking for two cars only. We rent only from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We do not rent the rest of the year (from Labor Day to Memorial Day.)
 
Security deposit of $400 required; refunded within 30 days from check-out.

Rental Fees for 2013 season:
Rental fee is $995.00 plus $125 cleaning fee. The NC tax is currently $145.60. Total is $1,265.60 USD. Tax is subject to change.

MAC computer with wireless internet access throughout home. Outdoor shower and grill. Dish Network on all TVs with big screen TV in living room. Stereo CD and cassette tape player. DVD players with Dish Network in MBR and children's room. Bath towels, bed linens, bedding, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, Kitchen Aid mixer, books, etc. and utensils provided. Ice maker. Decorated in the newest colors and in country charm! Feel right at home at the beach!

I'm sitting at my desk at work, wishing badly I was back at Kure Beach.  I wanted to let you know that we had the most wonderful vacation.  Thank you for letting us rent your house.  It was comfortable, clean and peaceful.  My husband and I both have stressful, busy jobs and spending a week at Kure Beach in your rental house was a welcome change of pace.  We had never been to that area before, but we loved it and definitely look forward to coming back again.  

We have been spreading the word around here about your nice house and the wonderful beach.  We may actually line you up some additional renters from WV!  We hope to be back next year.

In addition to enjoying a spectacular beach, there are many other

Nearby activities to supplement your beach vacation: NC Aquarium and
NC ferry within minutes; historic Fort Fisher and downtown Wilmington,
fantastic restaurants within short walking/driving distance; fishing
pier; carriage rides in historic downtown Wilmington (20 minutes
away); Cape Fear river boat cruises, ocean boat cruises, tennis, fishing, hiking,
kayaking, biking, surfing, restaurants for any taste, tour Screen
Gems Studios (Wilmington is called Hollywood East), live theater, much
more!
