This 3,100 sq. ft home is incredibly well appointed and beautifully furnished. Located behind the gates of Desert Horizons Country Club-24/7 security is very good. It has magnificent views of the Santa Rosa Mountains across double fairways. This free standing home is like new condition and is south facing on the best view street at Desert Horizon's country club. The home has a large living room. dining room, a family room with a flat screen TV, large kitchen with an island and eating area. It has a total of 3 bedrooms,(2 master bedrooms with king size beds-) and an additional bedroom w a king size bed, and an office with a desk. All of the bedrooms have TV's, and adjoining bathrooms (total of 3 bathrooms) 1 separate bathtub and shower in the master, other bathrooms have showers. The backyard has incredible views with a private pool and spa , built-in barbecue, and outside furniture for entertaining.

The home is completely furnished with everything you need- linens, full kitchen, complete bar, 2 car garage, and the view of the golf course and the mountains is unsurpassed- the home is beautifully decorated with artwork and accessories for entertaining and dining. the outside back yard is very spacious and faces south and the built in barbecue allows for a nice dining area outside. The home is large and comfortable and very light inside. There is a beautiful built in step down bar next to the living room.
