Come and enjoy my beautiful ocean front home which is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and Florida's Intracoastal Waterway.Every room has a view of the ocean. You are just steps away from the beach and the house has an expansive balcony for fun and entertaining with a  second private balcony off the Master. We are just 10 minutes from Historic downtown St. Augustine and 20 mintues from Sawgrass and World Golf Village. Easy access to I-95 and Florida tourist sites such as Disney, Cape Kennedy, Sea World, Concerts, Theatre and Outlet Malls.   SORRY, NO SMOKING

Roomy and fully furnished with washer and dryer, big screen TV, DVD  players, security system,wireless internet, boogie boards,family games and a fireplace for winter guests. Small, well behaved pets are welcome and loved by our family.

Master has King Tempur Pedic, other two BRs have twin beds, Sofa is queen sleeper. Outdoor grille and shower. Boating Club Road is across the street with boat ramp to Intracoastal. Great fishing!  So many great restaurants you could never hit them all in one visit.

St Augustine is nation's " Oldest City " with many attractions such as Fountain of Youth, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wax museum, Spanish Fort, Lighthouse, Alligator Farm and not far from the World Golf Village, Sawgrass where TPC is held each year, Disney and Sea World is approx 2 hours south, Cape Kennedy is approx 1 hour south and Marineland with numerous children's programs is 30 mints south. Fishing is some of the best Florida has to offer. Watch the Sea Turtles nest in your back yard each summer and the babies leave each fall. You won't find a better spot to relax and soak in the sun. TPC course and Mayo Clinic is only approx 30 - 35 mints north on A1A ( Coastal Highway)

We prefer weekly or monthly rentals,but will occasionally have a space for three day stays.

Weekly rates are $ 1400.00 per week with 10% sales tax and a one time cleaning fee of $ 150.00

Monthly rates are $ 5,000.00 per month with 10% sales tax and a one time maid fee of $ 250.00

Daily rates March -August are $ 300.00 with tax and one time cleaning fee of $ 150.00

Daily rates Oct - Feb are $ 200.00 with tax and one time cleaning fee of $ 150.00

Non refundable pet fee of $ 100.00

Rates for Dec and Jan will be discounted and those months have some of the most beautiful weather and fishing. Spring Break, Holidays, TPC week are most in demand and therefore more expensive, but since the house sleeps 8 comfortably is still affordable. Long term winter quests appreciated and senior discount available. World class health care available at Mayo Clinic which is 30 mints north.
