The sleeping area with queen size bed opens up to a private patio. A two-room tile bath features separate vanities and dressing area. A folding twin bed accomodates third person.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar includes refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and dinette table with 4 chairs.

Additional amenities include washer and dryer, high speed internet, cable TV, VCR, DVD player, built in desk, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, all linens, all-weather wicker patio furniture, and beach chairs. Nothing to bring; everything is here!

The new 7 million dollar Sawgrass Beach Club features a private beach, an adult pool, family pool, and oceanfront dining.

Ponte Vedra is strategically located less than 20 miles from downtown Jacksonville (home of the NFL Jaguars), with historic St. Augustine, our nation's oldest city, only 20 miles south. The World Golf Village and the World Golf Hall of Fame are just a few minutes' drive away. Orlando is a 2 hour drive.
