Ground-floor, golf-view unit. Rental features approx. 900 sq.ft. of
living space ( including covered, screened patio). First floor unit with parking adjacent to entry door. Tile floors in main living areas, newly carpeted bedrooms. Unit is tastefully furnished and turn-key for seasonal use- not the junk furniture found in most rentals ( see photos). Paddle
fans in main living areas.Maximum occupancy two (2) persons( master bedroom
has two twin beds; guest bedroom has double bed). This is a 55+ rental
community- one member must be 55 years or older. Condo assn.
approval is required. Please do not email regarding PETS or CHILDREN- They
are simply not permitted per condo assn. rules ( sorry- I like both).

Quiet,well- maintained grounds. 9 hole, Par 3 golf course is
available for daily use at no charge ( excluding renter's guests).

vacation rental rates
THREE (3) MONTH Rental preferred - no weekly rentals. Seasonal rent rate is 1300 per month. . Available 2011-12 Winter Season.
Annual rental 1000 per month. First month's rent and security deposit
required at time of occupancy. $100 condo assoc. application fee also required. Short-term lease required. Credit check may be required. Utilities included in seasonal rental. Fl. Sales Tax of 6.5 percent on total amount applicable to this seasona rental. Inquiries for short term rentals ( less than three months) are considered at this time.
